Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial concrete services in Los Banos, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine cannot be completed safely or to our quality standards.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed. We will inform you of any price changes before starting work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring access to the work site and for removing any obstacles or items that could interfere with our work. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other buried infrastructure. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or delays.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Your concrete installation comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific terms and duration of your warranty will be outlined in your project contract. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or damage from external forces are not covered.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes when possible.
